ThinkTwit Update 1.3.4

I am today releasing a minor update to ThinkTwit, version 1.3.4, after a fortnight of beta testing by a ThinkTwit fan (thanks Jeffrey!) who has helped me locate and fix some issues with the new avatar caching:

  • Detects when Twitter displays a redirect URL when using the avatar API and downloads avatar from that URL instead
  • Ignores errors when trying to get the file size of an avatar or when getting tweets
  • Checks if the avatar that is supposed to be displayed exists

As usual please let me know if you have any feedback as it all goes towards making ThinkTwit better for everyone!
